Heads up — take control of thick hair, add wisps or fringe.

PREPARE: Brush your hair completely and smooth all over. Separate hair into small sections. POSITION: Place a small section of hair in the thinning shears. On long styles, do not take the top section of hair or it will change the hair style. Start with the thinning shears 2-3” away from your scalp CUT: Slide the thinning shears down a little bit and make another cut. Be careful not to cut too much hair at once. CONTINUE: Repeat wherever your hair needs thinning. Do not overuse the shears or you could alter the look of your hairstyle. CARE: Keep clean for good hygiene—soak blade tips in alcohol for a few minutes to sanitize. Keep out of reach of children.
