I've used Sally Hanson creme hair remover in the tube for years and love it so I decided to try the new formulation in the pump dispenser. I will NOT purchase it again. There is no way to tell how much creme is remaining, as you can with the tube. The creme ran out midway through use today, leaving me very unhappy. Also did not get as many uses from the pump dispenser as I do with the tube creme. There is much room for improvement with the pump dispenser.

I'd have to give this zero stars. I used it as directed and it did not remove ANY of the hair on my chin (I left it on for the maximum 8 minutes). I would not recommend this to anyone, and I am hoping to return it and get my money back.

G*R*E*A*T. I just bought this and tried it out today, in search of something different and new. Opened it, pumped it out and applied. 5 minutes later the hair is gone and my skin isn't burning horribly, but soft. I used wet cotton balls (like instructed) to remove the cream, then rinsed with warm water and patted dry. I can't stop touching my face, it's so soft! **Don't wash your face with anything but warm water BEFORE applying, the residue of any cleaner could cause adverse reactions with the remover.**I used it on from my my upper-lip down to under my chin, and no hairs to be found. Thank you SH for another great product for those of us who can't use at-home waxes :)

THIS product: I misplaced the directions the first time I used it (today) and left it on TEN minutes. Then I find the directions - that says THREE minutes. Well, I sure overdid it, but no burning, no redness, absolutely no problem and I my chin is so smooth. WONDERFUL.

I was not happy with the results. I used it twice and the second time it left a horrible rash and dried my skin badly. The scent was also not pleasant. I like most of Sally's products but this one just was horrible.
