I'm using the little green bottle of gel for a very long time and is happy with it, but two months ago at clicks I could not get it and the took this No Chip top coat instead but what a disappointment.

It only stays on for the first day the second day it starts chipping of and your nails look disgusting.
For that amount of money that you pay I'm very unhappy about this. I do not have the time to do nails every day.

When I used the gel I could go for two weeks without touching a nail to fill up.
As far as I can read this top coat is suppose to keep your cutex longer in tack.

I have used Sally Hansen products for years but this is a flop. The chemists need to go back to the chem lab and get it right. No matter what polish remover I use, base coat, color coat - the 'No Chip' Top coat lifts off within 24 hours. I have asked corporate for a coupon to purchase my old style of top coat, shall see how they respond. I put this product on my "NEVER BUY AGAIN LIST".

I can not believe how far off the name of this product is! The "no chip" is serious false advertisement! I thought it was an operator error but this stuff seems to make my nails chip more quickly. Not a fan!

The NO CHIP top coat product spider cracks/shatters all the time. It actually INCREASES the chipping and peeling of my nail polish! I do like many of the other Sally Hansen products but this one is a waste of time and money.

THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT. I purchased several pricey nails strips from Sephora and wanted to keep them nice so I bought this junk. I put two top coats on (which were stringy and bubbly), only to have them CRACK the next day. I thought it was the Sephora strip, so I decided to try again with a different pattern and had the same thing happen. So I thought I'd give it one more shot, using it as a top coat on plain old nail polish. It cracked about TWO HOURS later. Not only does it crack and look revolting, but it's nearly impossible to remove. I wish companies stood by their products.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. It is absolute and total BS. I extremely regret buying this. It chips more and faster than ANY other nail product I have EVER used. I am DISGUSTED. It takes forever to dry, and once it does, it immediately started cracking and chipping. I HATE IT. I applied it last night, and I woke up this morning and found it nearly half gone! I am NEVER buying this AGAIN. It is a waste of money and my time. I cannot stress enough that if you are looking to buy this, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I've given this product many tries, only to be disappointed everytime. I follow the instructions and less than 24hrs after painting my nails they already have chipped!! So annoying!

I gave this product two tries. The first night I used it I woke up the next morning made coffee only to watch my nail polish shattering like broken glass. So I read the directions and decided it must have been user error.... I used Salley Hansen cuticle remover then base coat. I let the base coat dry 1/2 an hour. Then I used two thin coats of OPI nali polish which I let dry for 1 hour. Then I applied the no-chip polish and let that dry over an hour before I went to bed. Although not as bad as the day before...I still have little crackle bubbles on a few nails. Overall a HUGE hassle...as a busy Mom I do not have time to do my nails every single night before bed when my child is asleep, I do have other things to do. A waste of money and time, go with a regular top coat instead.

This stuff is junk, it does not work, it barely lasts one day and definitely not the next day. It peels and chips off the next day, especially after getting wet a couple of times. I like to do a french manicure on my nails all the time, thought it would be a good top coat but its not, it just chips off and at the end of the day my nails look terrible.

If I could give no stars I would-DOES NOT WORK! I went 4 days with my OPI polish last week. This week, used the same polish but added the No Chip Acrylic Top Coat product and my nails started chipping within 24 hours. Never seen anything like it-seemed to actually crack the color into bits and they fall off anytime you touch something with your hand.

I soaked my acrylic tips off last night and decided to try something new. I agree with Misskris (although she uses it on acrylic nails), my nails still look great. Normally they would've chipped or peeled by now! This product is the BOMB!. I have been blessed with awesome hair but my nails kick rocks. It is very shiny and semi-hard (my nails are wek from the acrylic). Maybe the other ladies don't use a base coat or polish too heavy. I normailly give about 2-3 min drying time between each coat. I love this product, I can now change my colors every week without visiting a salon. Tip: Make sure that your nails are free from oil before applying your base coat by applying nail polish remover one last time!!

I don't know what you ladies are talking about because I LOVE it. Maybe when you ladies applied it your nail color was not completely dry? I have get regular acrylics and paint the French on and I wait a very long time for it to dry before I put this top coat on. It sets and dries almost exactly like the UV gel. Super shiny and super hard. I also type all day at work and it never chips.

I bought this acrylic top coat, thinking that it would be great over my acrylic nails...I put it on last night, woke up this morning to my nails looking like shattered glass! I removed the top coat, and this had eating deep crack-like lines into my acrylic nails! Maybe this works for natural nails, but do not use with acrylics! It must have eaten through the normal top coat that was already on my nails too!

Completely disappointed in this product. I does dry to a very shiny finish, but the nice finish only lasts a few hours at best before completely chipping off. I put on 2 coats of OPI polish with this top coat last night and I haven't been rough on my hands/nails at all today and it's already all chipped off. Have tried it many previous times with the same result. Don't waste your money on this awful product. Sally Hansen should be ashamed to even market this product as "no chip"

I usually get sally hansen clear coating nail polish because they work well. Except for this one. It was absolutely horrible. It did make your nails shiny but within HOURS my nail polish was already chipping and i hadn't even done anything! This stuff does not work at all. I dont know how they can charge people that much money for something that doesnt even work. Wow is all i have to say. Looks like ill be taking another trip to the store and getting some more top coat nail polish, but not sally hansen brand.

This was a complete and utter dissapointment. Dollar store top coat works better than this crap! I regret purchasing this product for the rediculous price of $6.99 I bought it thinking I found something durable since I work with my hands all day. Nope. This cracked my paint right off in under half an hour. Its too bad I didnt research it before I threw my money away.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing this product! Along with everyone else I also have been having serious problems with this top coat. I went to the store looking for something strong to prevent my manicure from chipping. When I saw a "no chip" top coat I thought "hey thats what I need". Well an hour after applying and drying I look down and to my amazement my polish is just cracking off. I didnt even do anything. This ia a complete and utter dissapointment. It should be pulled from retail shelves...i paid $6.99 for this crap thinking I might have found a top coat worthy of the rediculous price tag. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! And I will be telling all my friends! Hell dollar store top coat works better than thid!

I have tried this product three times: over clean nails and over nail polish. I shake as directed and still just end up with a flaked surface in one day of usual wear. Very disappointed. And I too feel like an idiot for paying the $4.99. Just imagine how much this company makes from all of these disappointed $4.99 purchasers. I think this time, I'm taking it back to the store.

this product ruined every nail polish i used it on. even the good quality polishes. chipped and cracked immediately. did not last more than one day. purchased revlon base and top coat as a replacement and it keeps even my low quality polishes longer than the sally hansen version. dont waste your money

The product 'Sally Hansen No Chip" is horrible. I purchased this product to use on top of 'Sally Hansen Hard As Nails'. Once I used this product it chipped completely off my nails. My nails were completely ruined by the next day. My nails have been long and strong for over 15 years and this is the first product I have used and was absolutely dissatisfied.Im agree with the other reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT

I must say I totally agree with the reviews about the terrible preformance of this product. Purchased this thinking it would make my cheap polish last longer, WRONG!!! I have used it 3 days & had to re-do my nails every day. Not only does it not preform well, but it seems to be difficult to remove the chipped polish that is left on the nails. Re-did my nails last night & they looked great all shinny & smooth, but when I walked out of the house they were already chipped. Sally Hansen has been around for years & I've used the products before with no problem, but with this product it needs to be taken off the market. I simply is a waste of time & effort not to mention money to buy this.

This product is terrible. I followed the instructions to a T - and the first time I took a shower, five of my nails chipped in the shower. Someone in the development department forgot to check what water and/or body wash does to this product. It's a shame that it has Sally Hansen's name on it as I have been very satisfied with their products for quite a long time! I did my granddaughter's nails the same day - and after she showered, they were all chipped too. I paid $5.49 for this product . . should have just tossed money out of window.

I bought this product yesterday and I am very displeased with the results. I did my nails last night using Relon Top speed nail polish and finished my finger nails with a top coat of this product. This morning while washing my hair each and every single nail has chipped. I would love to be refunded. I am not happy at all. I have had better results with a clear coat from dollar tree

I have aplied this top coat following the instructions and at first my nails lookes absolutely amazing! Perfect salon manicure! But my excitment did not last long. The hard acrylic coat made the nail polish just pop off! My nails look a week old in just hours.... so if you need it to work for just about three hours it s the perfect product for you! I personally regret buying it!
