Generally, a cotton ball or absorbent remover pad should be soaked in a small quantity of the nail polish remover and then pressed into contact with the nail polish color. It is important to allow sufficient time for the remover to soak into and soften the nail polish film so keep it in contact for 1-2 minutes. It should then be easier to remove.
