For optimal results start with clean dry nails and prep nails according to instructions. Find the best-fitting strip for each nail and remove it from the backing strip. Place the strip starting at the cuticle and smooth it out by pressing firmly. Smooth over the entire nail and side to side. Fold excess material and gently file away from the edge of the nail using the nail file in a downward motion. Most importantly avoid exposure to water for at least one hour.
